The Healing Circle is a gentle online community for widowed women who are ready for ongoing support, understanding, and hope. Inside, you’ll find live sessions, heartfelt conversations, and practical tools to help you navigate life after loss. It’s a safe, nurturing space to heal at your own pace — surrounded by others who truly get it.

Working with me one-to-one gives you a safe, private space to talk openly and begin easing the pain that time alone hasn’t healed.
Together, we’ll gently explore your grief using the Grief Recovery Method - an evidence based, heart-led approach that helps you release what’s been keeping you stuck and find genuine relief. These sessions are guided, supportive, and paced entirely around you, helping you move from surviving each day to slowly feeling more like yourself again.
This is delivered over 7sessions, one a week, and you need to commit to all sessions before you start.
We can do this online anywhere in the world, or face to face near to my home in Renfrew, Scotland.

Working in a small group (maximum 12 people) offers the comfort of knowing you’re not alone. In these sessions, you’ll meet others who truly understand what it’s like to live with loss, and together we’ll explore gentle, practical steps toward healing using the Grief Recovery Method. Each group is a safe, compassionate space to share, listen, and learn — with connection, understanding, and hope at the heart of it all.
