Welcome to Living After Loss with Sarah, a supportive community dedicated to helping middle-aged widows navigate the challenging journey of grief. I’m Sarah, a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, and I intimately understand the feelings of loneliness and isolation that come with the loss of your person. Having transformed my own grief through healing and connection, I’m passionate about helping you do the same. At Living After Loss, you'll find empathy, expertise, and practical guidance tailored specifically to your needs, enabling you to rediscover belonging and purpose. The Healing Circle is for For widows who feel lonely, in pain, and unsure where to turn after loss — women who want to feel supported, understood, and gently guided as they find their way through grief.

I work in small groups (maximum 12 people) in person and on line. I will teach the tools you need that you can use time after time to heal the pain of Grief without losing the love and memories.

I will work you in person and support you through the 7 week programme. We can work online or in person, the choice is yours depending on where you live.

GRIEF RECOVERY SPECIALIST
I’m Sarah, a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and widow who knows the loneliness of losing your person. After my husband’s sudden passing, I learned how to carry love and loss side by side — and now I help other widowed women do the same, finding hope, meaning, and themselves again.
